What we actually sell

A floor is only as good as the hands that lay it.

Sartes started in 2015 as a flooring company in Pompano Beach. Material is the easy part — anybody can order the same box of white oak. What separates a floor that still looks right in year eight from one that cups, gaps or lifts is the day of preparation nobody sees.

A decade later we run our own crews, our own showroom and a second base in Atlanta, and we take on the whole room: floors, stairs, tile, and full home remodeling. Same standard on a 400 sq ft condo as on a whole-house renovation.

    Walkthrough and measure

    We come to the house, measure every room, look under the existing floor and check the subfloor for moisture and flatness. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Materials and a written quote

    You see the samples in your own light, at your own house. The quote is line by line — material, prep, labour, trim — so nothing appears later.

  3. 03

    Prep

    Levelling compound, moisture readings, acclimation and dust containment. This is the stage most companies skip and the stage that decides whether a floor lasts.

  4. 04

    Install and finish

    Our own crews, not day labour. Transitions, baseboards and quarter round handled, the site cleaned, and a walkthrough with you before we leave.

The company

Family owned, and it shows on the job site.

Sartes has been family run since 2015. That is not a line for a website — it is why the person who quotes your job is the person you can call when a delivery is late, and why the crew that shows up on Tuesday is the same crew that shows up on Thursday.

We opened the Pompano Beach showroom so customers could see material in daylight instead of on a phone screen, and we added Atlanta because our clients kept moving north and asking us to follow.

We do not subcontract a job in a city we cannot reach the same morning. If you are outside these lists, call anyway — we travel for whole-house work.
